Refund Policy

All payments made toward programs, sessions, or services offered by Karnica Singh Nandal / Karnica Singh Integrative Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable. Once a client enrolls and makes payment, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided, regardless of program completion, attendance, or results achieved. The Free Discovery Session is complimentary and not subject to any refund policy, as no payment is involved.

By enrolling in any program, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the program details, structure, and duration, and agree to the no-refund policy prior to making payment. We encourage clients to use the Free Discovery Session to ask questions and confirm program fit before enrolling, as this is the appropriate stage to determine suitability.

Missed sessions are not redeemable and non-refundable. In exceptional cases, sessions may be rescheduled with prior intimation of at least 24 hours, solely at the discretion of Karnica Singh Nandal, subject to availability.

Refunds or adjustments, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Karnica Singh Nandal on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Any request for exceptional consideration must be submitted in writing to Karnica.healthcoach@gmail.com, and approval does not set a precedent for future requests.
